Due to the fact that the makers of these devices aim to protect their own monopolies and business interests, they may or may not support certain technologies (such as streaming video through flash) and their browsers may or may not support certain audio formats. For this reason, there may be some issues in using the IPad or other similar devices. However, some of our members have found workarounds. For the IPad (and also Android) devices you can use the Puffin Browser or the Photon Flash Browser (search the app stores for these applications). This solves the problem of videos. However, there is still an issue with playing audio files with certain browsers, and we are in the process of addressing this matter. As for the apps (quizzes, games etc.) then due to the limitations of mobile devices compared to PCs some of them may not function in the optimal way. However, we are working to ensure that the experience on the IPad and similar devices are as close as possible to that of a PC.
